3. Full recruitment, implementation, management, facilitation, assessment and moderation expertise of learnerships, both for employed (18.1)     and unemployed (18.2) individuals.

4. Strategic empowerment workshops to train the corporate-elected committees responsible for Employment Equity, Skills Development,     Occupational Health and Safety and BBBEE compliance.
Persons With Disabilities

1. Offer training programs specifically designed for persons with disabilities to develop job-related skills and enhance employability.

2. Establishing initiatives that cultivate a workplace culture where individuals with disabilities are respected, empowered, and afforded         equitable chances to thrive and make meaningful contributions.
B-BBEE Consulting Services

1. An external Enterprise Development and Supplier Development Unit to assist public and private entities in complying with the amended BBBEE Act.

2. An external Socio-Economic Development Unit to assist public and private entities in their compliance with the amended B-BBEE Act.
Transformation & Diversity Interventions

1. Provide training sessions that promote cultural awareness and sensitivity among employees.

2. Implement strategies to attract and recruit candidates from diverse backgrounds.

3. Develop mentorship programs that pair employees from underrepresented groups with more experienced colleagues who can provide guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
