With Disabilities
  1. Offer training programs specifically designed for persons with disabilities to develop job-related skills and enhance employability.

Consulting Services
  1. An external Enterprise Development and Supplier Development Unit to assist public and private entities in complying with the amended BBBEE Act.
  2. An external Socio-Economic Development Unit to assist public and private entities in their compliance with the amended B-BBEE Act.

  1. Provide training sessions that promote cultural awareness and sensitivity among employees. Implement strategies to attract and recruit candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  2. Develop mentorship programs that pair employees from underrepresented groups with more experienced colleagues who can provide guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
